A Canadian-based company providing security guard services in Ontario, Canada, is looking for a Recruitment Executive for their back-office in Lahore.
- Recruitment and selection of suitable candidates for our security company based in Canada.
- Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
- Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements.
- Employees hiring and backup employees for emergency coverages.
- Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
- Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and source of hire
- Completing paperwork for new hires.
- Providing recruitment reports to team managers.
- Keeping up-to-date on current employment legislation and regulations and enforcing them within the company.
Requirements:
Experience in Online recruitment Process
Professional degree in Human Resources Or Equivalent.
5+ years in HR or relevant experience
Proficiency in English Speaking
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
