About This Role:

This role draws on expertise in analysis, big data, and operations to manage and improve the processes.

Develop efficient, workable solutions that perform prescribed research methods and business rules
Apply statistical analyses, machine learning, and data visualization techniques
Partner with developers, statisticians, and product managers to deliver timely, high-quality product data
Design, develop, and implement creative quality assurance tests that validate source data and output
Support statistical teams that research and evaluate new methods
Exercise experience in the development lifecycle through analysis, design, development, testing and deployment of improvements to business processes
Manage and motivate staff to high levels of team performance

What You’ll Need:

Bachelors degree in a quantitative subject such as Statistics, Operations Research, Engineering or Computer Science
6-8 years of relevant experience in data science analyzing big data, thinking creatively, and solving complex problems under pressure
5 years of management experience leading an analytical team
Record of success managing critical processes and teams in a fast-paced business environment with competing priorities, vague requirements, and rapid iterations
Strong software development skills and expertise designing efficient SQL queries of big data
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
