Control Room Operator

Synergie Technologies is looking for a talented and motivated individual for the post of Control Room Operator in Lahore - Pakistan. The ideal candidate should be IT literate and have EXCEPTIONAL English language skills.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Monitor and respond quickly to incoming requests on call.
Obtain information by answering telephone calls, providing and verifying information.
Inform agents by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.
Maintain communication equipment by reporting problems.
Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standard guidelines and following procedures.

Skills:

Experience in Call center job industry CSR
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (IELTS required)
IT literate
Pressure Handler
Should be able to work in shifts Day/Night (12 hours)
Should be autonomous as well as Team player

Qualifications:

Preferably bachelors
IELTS
Verbal and written communication skills
Data entry skills
Attention to detail
Professionalism
Multi-tasking

Salary Between 40-70K PKR depending on experience.
