- We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Business Developer / Online Bidding Expert with former experience of bidding for projects on platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, People Per Hour, Guru, Freelancer, etc.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Bidding Expert & Sound knowledge of IT and web/application development.
- Quality Bids on Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, Guru & PPH.
- Preparing estimates and quotations for customers.
- Lead generation through Upwork & LinkedIn.
- Daily communication with clients & expert at client dealing.
Must be good at targeted sales:
- Maintain a very high rating on Upwork/Freelancer/Fiverr etc. for the company's profile.
- Gather client requirements, communicate the requirements with the team, and deliver the project to the client.
- Talking on the phone, chatting applications, and Skype depending on the requirement from the client.
- Maintain a healthy relationship with the client(s).
- Meet monthly quota of projects.
Requirements:
- Experience with handling international clients related to IT services and products.
- Candidates must have at least basic knowledge about software development frameworks and trending technologies in the market.
- Experience in leads generation on different online channels i.e. Upwork, LinkedIn, social media, authentic online portals, etc.
- that result in new projects/sales.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT&CS, business, marketing, or related field.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Experience at least 01 Years.
