We looking for a dynamic and energetic Business Developer Manager with former experience of bidding for projects on platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, People Per Hour, Guru, Freelancer, etc.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Bidding Expert & Sound knowledge of IT and web/application development.
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
- Manage online platforms i.e. LinkedIn, Fiverr, Upwork, Freelancer, Guru & PPH.
- Approach new businesses, offer them suitable business solutions as per company’s policy to take them on board as partners.
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
- Keep and review records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
Requirements:
- Experience with handling international clients related to IT services and products.
- Candidates must have at least basic knowledge about software development frameworks and trending technologies in the market.
- Experience in leads generation on different online channels i.e. Upwork, LinkedIn, social media, authentic online portals, etc. that result in new projects/sales.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT& CS, business, marketing or related field.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Experience at least 02 Years.
