Call Center Executives at Systems provide services to the clients by interacting with them.

Responsibility:

·        Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.

·        Document knowledge from the clients.

·        Build sustainable relationships and engage clients by taking the extra mile.

·        Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.

Requirements:       

·         Candidate must be good in English Language skills.

·         Must possess good communication skills

·         Should have cleared their Intermediate or A levels.

·         Night Shift Only.

·         Candidates must have basic computer operating knowledge with good searching skills.
