- Collects marketing intelligence through competitive analysis of the competitors.
- Assists in long- and short-term planning such as Annual Budget, Admission Campaign, Event Plan, Media Plan, Progress Report, Giveaways Distribution Record etc.
- Create and disseminate content that supports the university's key messages and brand which includes publishing across multiple media, including Social Media, Website, SMS, Live Chat, Blogs, Emails, Photographs, Videos to meet the needs of a diverse audience.
- Takes responsibility for designing layouts for publications, including Student Handbook, Prospectus, Course Catalogue, Newsletter, Convocation Booklet, Annual Report, JISR, Brochures, Posters, Flyers, Standees, Backdrops, Invitation Cards etc. in coordination with the respective departments.
- Articulate the university’s image through printing corporate advertisements and press releases in leading newspapers of the country.
- Pre-event promotion plans such as developing posters, videos/ photo teasers, emails, standees, flyers/ brochures of events like Orientation, Convocation, ZAB-e-FEST, ZAB Media Festival, Career Fair, Alumni Reunion, HR Networking, Education Expo, Conferences, Seminars etc.
- Follow-up the events with press release, news media coverage, short video, interviews, and photographs posted on website and social media platforms.
- Utilize internal marketing channels to keep SZABIST community updated on latest developments, achievements, and season’s greetings.
- Maintain good terms while communicating with external partners such as the Ad Agency, Vendors, Event Organizers, Sponsors, Volunteers, Press and Media Channels etc.
- Liaise with Vendors, Exhibitors, And Stakeholders on the event location one day prior to the event such as Convocation, Conferences and Education Expo etc.
- Any other tasks assigned by the Supervisor/ Higher Management.
