Preparing and maintaining personal records of all the SZABIST Staff/Faculty members.
To assist the department in recruitment process.
To keep record of daily received hard copies of CVs & file them properly.
To assist in developing and updating HR related forms such as, interview evaluation, fee concession, anti-harassment, staff advance cash forms, and etc.
To assists in updating the job descriptions.
To deal with EOBI related all activities.

a. Employee’s addition & deletion in EOBI portal.

b. Follow up queries against employee’s information and editing in EOBI portal.

c. To assist & guide employee regarding their EOBI Matters

To look after life insurance matters.
To deal with all activities of Contributory Health Insurance
To assist in yearly performance appraisals process.
To assist in updating SZABIST website.
