Taaleem Foundation has a network of technology enabled high-end Grammar Schools in Balochistan; and is keen to receive applications from highly committed school accountants having:

At least a first degree in Accounting with ability to efficiently utilize accounting, word processing, database management and spreadsheet software program;
Experienced and demonstrated use of Quick Books or similar accounting software;
Experience in accounting for non-profit institutions would be an asset.
Ability to prepare and interpret financial documentation and reports;
Ability to communicate effectively with parents and community at all levels;
At least three (3) years experience in book keeping and financial reporting

Taaleem Foundation started its operations of implementing social change in the deprived areas of Baluchistan in 1989; where its founding Chairman Dr. Zafar Qadir was serving as a Political Agent / Deputy Commissioner in Kohlu Agency. The model of Kohlu Grammar School developed and tested over two years was subsequently replicated in other parts of Baluchistan in a successful manner. The communities being served are in and around the district / tehsil headquarters in the remote, under-privileged and low-income tribal districts of the province, like Kohlu, Sui (Dera Bugti), Zhob, Loralai, Kila Saifullah, Muslim Bagh, Mastung and Pishin.
