Subject Teacher

Taaleem Foundation (TF) has a network of technology enabled high-end Grammar Schools in Balochistan; and is providing online education from Islamabad to the Secondary class students in these schools in the subjects of Science, Mathematics and English, through e-Learning platform.

We are keen to receive applications from motivated and dedicated female teachers having relevant masters degree in Physics / Chemistry, Botany / Zoology / Mathematics / English / Computer Science with smiling face, confidence, good English and excellent communication skills. The candidates should have command on their subject and student involvement through interactive / activity based learning, while embracing diversity. Experience of teaching to the Secondary class students in reputed institutions would be a great plus.
Attractive salary package commensurate with the qualification, knowledge, experience and skill would be offered. Those willing to physically relocate to these schools would be provided with additional incentives of rent-free on-campus accommodation, besides related perks and facilities, including gratuity, child education support and scholarships for higher education.

Taaleem Foundation started its operations of implementing social change in the deprived areas of Baluchistan in 1989; where its founding Chairman Dr. Zafar Qadir was serving as a Political Agent / Deputy Commissioner in Kohlu Agency. The model of Kohlu Grammar School developed and tested over two years was subsequently replicated in other parts of Baluchistan in a successful manner. The communities being served are in and around the district / tehsil headquarters in the remote, under-privileged and low-income tribal districts of the province, like Kohlu, Sui (Dera Bugti), Zhob, Loralai, Kila Saifullah, Muslim Bagh, Mastung and Pishin.
