Prepare, manage and organized all books, records keeping.
Manage all banking affairs & vendor matters.
Execution of funds as per given approvals.
Monitor & Control Cash Inflows and Outflows with instructions of Liner Manager.
Statements: Monthly Statements
Disbursement of Payments
Reconciliation: Account Reconciliation, Bank Reconciliation
Reports: Daily Business Reports, Product Wise Sales & Trend line Report of Business Units, Routine & Special Report Preparation
Replies of Audit Queries
Dealing with Stake Holders i.e. Bank, OMC, Sales Teams etc.
Day to Day Business Affairs with proper documentation
Partnership Account Working
Invoice & Credit Management
Budgeting & Controlling
Maintains database for a full range of company Loans, Advances & Salaries Reconciliation
