QS Experience on Civil Project (Buildings & Roads),
Cost Analysis of Project with respect to baseline costing is an essential competency required.
Should be able to develop Schedule of Rates with thorough Rate Analysis considering the location of the project and other necessary factors.
Is required to visit the under-construction sites for audit purposes comparing plan vs actual and develop controls & reports for management.
