Installing and configuring computer hardware, operating systems, and applications.
Monitor & maintain computer systems & networks.
Talk to staff & clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone for helping in setting up systems or resolving issues.
Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and resolving hardware or software faults.
Replace parts as required.
Network Maintenance.
Installing new hardware & software.
Install, uninstall and review convert CCTV camera in stores with high shrink issues.
Installing & setting up of commercial IP CCTV security system.
Installation, testing and termination of Cat5, 5e, & 6 structured cable system.
Stationary and remotely controlled motion IP CCTV camera installation.
Installation and setup of multiple DVR and associated hardware (workstations, routers, switches).
