- Hands on Microsoft Product
- Good knowledge of Linux
- Manage Support Team
- Supervise and ensure IT connectivity at all business branches
- Daily health checkup, infrastructure, DB cluster, backup and replication, System center operations
- Deal with daily basis trouble shootings POS and other related Issues
- Procurement of Hard ware with planning of Company / Business size
- Deployment of Data server for important data of all users connected through Lan/Wan for online and offline storage and backups.
- Prepare reports on I.T. troubleshooting, operations, networking, inventory etc.
