To coordinate with the Development Team (Network Planners) and look after back end office operations.
To prepare Leases Deeds, Franchise Agreements, MOU’s and all concerned documents in consultation with HOD
To prepare and update formats related to Retail Outlets Approvals, NOC’s, Constructions and Inaugurations
To prepare OGRA and all other letters in consultation of HOD
To prepare all cases feasibility reports
To prepare Analysis reports
Maintain accurate records of retail development projects and outlets from initials to completions and ensure all information and documents are well maintained.
Proven ability to oversee multiple development projects.
