  • Identify & Develop new customers and retaining existing customers 
  • Customer Relationship Building
  • Productivity of daily planned customers to be visited
  • Sales force and supply vehicle management
  • Ensure implementation of Annual Operating Plan of KPIs.
  • Permanent Journey Plan development and implementation.
  • Ensuring Range availability of PBU products in the market
  • Identify stock requirement
  • Deliver volume and revenue target for based station territory
  • Weekly reporting on all KPI’s mentioned above to the ASM
  • Implementation of Sales software at distributor ends
