Maintain complete record of requested, purchased and issued inventories.
To assist in all activities of all functions involved in the planning, purchasing, warehousing and control of materials from the receipt of forecasting replenishment needs to the delivery of the finished product into finished goods inventory and delivery of products to customer(s).
Get follow-ups with the vendors and inspection of all supplies, services and equipment.
Preparing the purchase request from the user departments and determine the appropriate method of procurement, quotation, tender and request of proposal.
Negotiating with the suppliers to meet the purchase demands within due course of time.
To assist in production planning, customer service, purchasing, inventory control, forecasting, warehousing, transportation and other areas are required.
To handle day to day Supply Chain operations
Other task assigned by Line Supervisor (if required)
