Cost effective buying
To analyze the purchase request from the user departments and determine the appropriate method of procurement, Quotation, Tender and Request for Proposal
To keep informed of current developments in the field of purchasing, prices, market conditions and new products
Inspection of all supplies, services and equipment
Maintain complete record for purchased and issued inventory
Can handle day to day procurement matters
