• Prepare H/O monthly demand for kitchen & stationery Items
  • Supply stationery items to office staff on their demand.
  • Arrange Medicine of Chairman & CEO on their Demand
  • Maintain generator requirements & diesel oil of H.O and 69L
  • Supervise and maintain the whole office kitchen items, electrical items including air actioners, sanitary items, & cleanliness
  • Monitor receipts & make timely payments of all Bills (monthly, quarterly, yearly) related to Cantt office, Tanveer Group HO and Director’s Residence.
  • Monitor and maintain Fax machine, Photo Copy Machines and Telephone Exchange
  • Check and prepare Fuel Bills of two Dispatchers.
  • Instruct Office Boys and Sweeper to perform their duties properly.
  • Perform admin related Task/ Assignments given by ED/ DM Admin
  • Handle reception in the absence of Receptionist & also handle Banking & Various outdoor duties in the absence of dispatcher
  • Processing the Registration of TSWL & TCL cars and their annual Token renewal
  • Inform HR Department Regarding Employees Attendance
  • Banking & Various outdoor duties i.e. Cheques and Cash transfer
  • Documents delivered or received from government institutes
  • Dispatching documents by examining destination, route, rate, and delivery time.
  • Utility bills payment
  • Own bike is compulsory
  • Any other task assigned by admin manager or management
