Prepare minutes of meeting and after preparing minutes forward it to Manager.

  • Prepare Training Manuals of the departments by gathering the information from the relevant departments and after preparing the Manual forward it to Manager and concerned department’s HOD for their Review.
  • Prepare “SOP” of the departments by gathering information from the relevant departments and after preparing “SOP” forward it to the concerned department’s HOD & Manager for their review and if any amendments are required in “SOP” then the changes are made accordingly.
  • Make Amendments in following below documents after Manager review Memos, SOP’S and Policies.
  • Draft, File and make record of the memos of the office.
  • Update the forms, policies of different departments.
  • Record keeping and filing of all approved documents.
  • Compile, proofread and revise drafts of documents.
  • Take photo copies of the edited documents after the verification by the Manager (IA/ERP).
  • Draft reports, presentations as per the instructions of the Manager IA & ERP
  • Draft BPR documents in a standard format as per instructions of DM BPR & ERP.
  • Draft BPR/ERP documents in a standard format as per instructions of Manager.

Job Requirements:

  • Qualification ACCA, ACCA finalist, CA Inter or graduation from a reputed institution.
  • Must have 1 year of ERP implementation experience.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
