Assist project team as needed to ensure project success.
Work through and resolve issues as needed.
Suggesting strategies to improve services and customer relations.
Create and modify project documentation, user guides and job aids as necessary.
Must be proficient with MS Office tools; such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to learn project process quickly following an orientation.
Good skills for IT processes and systems, process improvement, quality assurance and/or project management.
Candidate must be perceived as ambitious, enthusiastic, self-confident, versatile and willing to learn.
Candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills and have the ability to work individually and in a team environment.
