- Candidates with an O/A level background can also apply.
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Can respond to chats & emails proficiently.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word & Excel).
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- 1 year of relevant experience in Customer Services.
- Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Available to work in shift duties (Morning, Evening & Night) on weekly rotational basis.
