This role is based in Karachi, Pakistan, and reports directly to the Manager - Business Operations based in Dubai, UAE.

Job Description

The role of Coordinator - Business Operations entails supporting the various business and administrative requirements of the Business Operations Support team at TechAccess, including order administration and logistics related activities.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Logistics & Order Management, including coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
Order submission/follow up with Vendors/Suppliers.
Keep Partners posted on their order status/Deliveries.
Deal with multiple Suppliers
Coordinate with Freight Forwarder/Service providers
Closely coordinate with the sales team
Maintain stock/inventory records
Regularly update the internal ERP system with Logistics & Order Management information

Qualifications

Bachelor degree
Well versed in procurement & logistics of IT products, with 1-3 years of experience preferred
Good knowledge of Incoterms and Insurance handling
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are Must
Able to multitask and be flexible to business requirements
Able to work independently as well as within a team
Can handle pressure and meet deadlines
Good Customer Service skills
Expertise in Distribution Business Model shall be considered added value
