We are looking for a Senior Call Center/live chat Representative that will work on a UK-based furniture selling campaign. The call center Representative will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer might face with accuracy and efficiency. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction.

1ST SHIFT: 12:00pm PM-09:00 pm
2ND SHIFT:03 PM-12 AM
3RD SHIFT: 05 PM-02 AM/06 PM-03 AM
The candidate should be flexible to work in a rotating shift
it's a 9 hours working shift
