Job Description:

We are looking for “Technical Support Representatives” who can provide integration and technical support to our existing clients in order to 

Requirements:

• Go through technical documentation and assist with customer queries; redirecting problems to appropriate resource. 

• Should be able to handle queries over Skype, Zoom, Gmail and other web tools. 

• Should be quick to deliver answers. 

• Provide customers with a walk-through to help understand their problems. 

• Review back-office to troubleshoot any customer queries.

• Accommodates client disabilities by recommending devices and techniques.

• Liaison between Sales and Tech department to provide quick support. 

• Foresee customisation requirements by the customers and deal accordingly.

• Develop training manuals to support personnel’s and to interact with end users; by identifying learning issues; recommending instructional language.

• Avoids legal challenges by monitoring compliance with service agreements.

• Establish goals and objectives for system improvements and upgrades. 

• Implement new processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction while reducing costs.

Skills:

• Willing to work in social hours considering the time zone differences.

• Experienced in handling technical queries.

• Highly Fluent in speaking and writing English.

• Proven Experience in Coding and Software Development especially; JavaScript, Python, PHP. 

• Knowledge of Flowchart Diagram, Frontend and Backend. 

• Customer Service, Time Management, Computer Skills and Problem-Solving Skills.

• BS Degree or Equivalent.
