Technical Support Representative

Our Abbottabad Office is looking for Technical Support Representatives who can provide integration and technical support to our existing clients in order to be a Technical Support Representative.

Duties and Responsibilities

Go through technical documentation and assist with customer queries
Should be able to handle queries over Skype, Zoom, Gmail and other web tool
Should be quick to deliver answers
Provide customers with a walk-through to help understand their problems
Review back-office to troubleshoot any customer queries
Liaison between Sales and Tech department to provide quick support
Foresee customisation requirements by the customers and deal accordingly

Requirements

Minimum Qualification: Bachelors
Willing to work in social hours considering the time zone differences
Experienced in handling technical queries
Highly Fluent in speaking and writing English
Background in computer sciences
