This job entails Voice/ Non voice (basic and complex) tasks. A BDO is required to make outbound calls to our existing / new customers. Purpose of the calls will be to drive business and set up appointments for detailed discussion with clients. BDO will be required to utilize his/her communication skills (English language) to answer both basic and Technical queries via Voice/Chat/email. The Business Development Officer should be analytical, have data analysis skills & possess systems and processes knowledge. The Business Development Executive is required to be flexible in terms of working hours and days
Knowledge and previous sales experience in the US market is an added advantage.
