• Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers.
  • To contact potential customers and convince them about Techstore product offerings.
  • Identify, develop and manage new accounts and pay the visit to generate & close the deals
  • Maximize sales referral opportunities by working closely with team lead.
  • Ensuring that the conclusions on all the business sourced leads, should be reported to team lead.
  • Developing in-depth knowledge of company products and services.
  • Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, business management, marketing, or related field is preferred.
  • Proven Relationship, Customer Service or Sales experience.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills.Effective communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
