Customer Sales Representative

We required a VA/ Sales Telemarketer / closer who can professionally handle B2B and B2C Telemarketing, Appointment Setting, Lead Generation, Outbound and Inbound calls to increase sales and who shares our passion for creating the best possible experience for every customer and capable to attract more customers towards the business .

Customer Service is one of the key pillars in our business. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in dealing with a high volume of customer.

This position is Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

Dealing with customer chat queries including inbound , outbound calls.
Making relevant CRM entries to update the relevant customer profiles.
Dealing with customer cases in a professional manner and using CRM to track cases with the goal of maximizing customer satisfaction and retention.
Communicating with potential customers on Facebook, Whatsapp, and phone to generate sales while using upselling and cross-selling tactics to maximize revenue.

What we are looking for:

Minimum Undergraduate degree
2+ years of experience in a similar role, involving a high volume of customer chats, preferably at an e-commerce company or a call center.
Excellent Written English
Basic Excel skills
Strong interpersonal skills with a vibrant personality
Experience using CRM would be highly beneficial

Salary: 30-35K per month, plus commission on sales.
