Ensures Factory complies with internal regulations and established control protocol
Examines documentation, including reports, statements, records, and memos to gather information
Reconciles documentation with actual inventory or assets to ascertain accuracy
Completes standard paperwork and questionnaires to confirm internal controls
Identify accounting and financial record-keeping processes that can be improved.
Determine ways to cut costs and improve profitability
Assess the efficiency and productivity of internal staff and make recommendations for improvement
Present findings to upper management in the form of reports and presentations.
Identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures and cost.
Conduct follow up audits to monitor management’s interventions.
Tracking & Proper Record of Raw Material and Factory Consumable.
Identifying shortfalls or gaps in processes
Promote ethics and help identify improper conduct.
