We are looking for active CS academia professionals who are working full-time at institutes.
Duties and Responsibilities of HR Technical Liaison
1. Interview Candidates
- Shortlisting candidates
- Test Checking
- Interviewing Candidates
2. Training and Development
- Courses Circular development for different accession paths within TS.
- Identify things for employees.
- Develop Training materials.
- Find cost-effective training solutions.
3. Training and Career Development Management
Making sure each employee is following through his/her assigned training, giving feedback & new knowledge is further departed within the organization
4. Provide help to the HR Team.
- Work with the HR Team to develop entrance tests for potential hires.
- Develop personality and other soft skill assessments.
