Our Data Entry Operators ensure the accuracy of information stored on company websites. Operators are responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into the company’s website. Data Entry Operatorwork closely with our affiliate manager. Opportunities to advance into supervisory roles are available to qualified candidates.
Responsibilities :
- Prepare source data for entry into the company website
- Verify data for accuracy and completeness
- Enter new and updated data in a timely fashion
- Generate reports as requested
- Maintain confidentiality around sensitive data
- Follow the company’s data security policies
Necessary Skills & Qualifications :
- Proficiency in website admin panels
- 30 WPM typing speed with high accuracy
- Strong knowledge of grammar, spelling, and punctuation
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to remain on task
- Willingness to respect confidentiality requirements
