RESPONSIBILITIES:

Complete ownership of following machine operations:
Machine Name: CHAMP COMPACT K000485
Machine Maker: Bystronic (Glaston) - Machine Work: Glass Cutting, Breaking, Grinding & Washing
Making ensure that product produced from machine as per desired takt time with no breakdown on machine.
Ensure achievement of Production KPI’s.
Responsible to look after overall CBG process which includes:
Loading of Raw Glass - Positioning - Cutting - Breaking - Grinding - Washing - Unloading - WIP Stock
Responsible to look after troubleshooting of overall Machines & its Equipments.
Ensure Quality Control of the product & entire CBG Process.
Responsible to record all the data related to WIS, Check sheets and SOP’s.
Responsible to look after Corrective Maintenance & Preventive Maintenance of overall Machine & its allied Equipments.
Confirms machine performance by periodic machine Inspections & Calibration.
Responsible to develop Preventive Maintenance Plan of Machine & its allied Equipments.
Responsible to develop Preventive Maintenance check sheets as per OEM manuals.
Maintain operation standards as per instructions from Glaston & Asahi India.  Any other task/responsibility assigned by Management Co-ordinator & Management.
