Job Responsibilities

  • Acts as the contact point for employees’ requests regarding their rights and obligations
  • Maintains personnel files and updates their records according to policy and legal requirements
  • Maintain high quality and timely coordination of various workflows to achieve business milestones.
  • Monitors employees' payroll related data (hiring, termination, sickness, maternity leave, unpaid leave, tax withholding, insurance contribution etc.) and submits the annual and monthly employer’s obligations to local authorities
  • Comply with organizational procedures and legislative requirements
  • Implements the termination process (voluntary leave, dismissal, retirement, end of contracts etc.) and maintain all relevant documentation.
  • Excellent knowledge of labor law.
  • Create and implement effective onboarding plans
  • Maintain recruitment-related documentation and records.
  • Assist in performance management processes
  • management of grievance issues

Qualification and requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field (preferably Human Resources).
  • Minimum 2 to 3 Yrs. of relevant experience.
  • Experience in data reporting and analysis tools (e.g. MS Office).
  • Excellent in verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work on-site in US shift-timings.
  • Strong ethics and reliability
  • Excellent communication, organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Great active listening skills
  • Computer literacy
  • Self-motivated
  • Candidate must be punctual in order to meet the deadlines

Nice to have: HR Credentials (e.g. PHR from the HR Certification Institute)
