Responsibilities:
To recieve & make calls to the company's customers.
To inform & guide them about products.
Obtain customer information including names and addresses.
Work Environment:
This job operates in a professional office environment.
This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones etc.
Requirements:
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Outstanding verbal communication skills and a positive attitude.
Preferably have a practical sales/ marketing/call center & insurance background.
