Telemall corporation leading Urdu based call center required the services of Male & female CSR for their inbound call center Responsibilities: To receive incoming calls Make outgoing calls To inform, guide and explain them about products. Obtain customer information including names and addresses. Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones etc. Requirements: Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
