Project Manager - Infrastructure

Technology Infrastructure Project Manager is responsible for all wide-ranging portfolios of infrastructure projects, including, consolidations, migrations and upgrades. You will be responsible for leading project teams and managing all aspects of the project management lifecycle to ensure successful delivery of projects.

You will work collaboratively with the IT teams as well as cross-functional teams to plan, develop, implement, maintain, and enforce the comprehensive project management processes associated with all aspects of the infrastructure projects.
IT Infrastructure Project Manager will work closely with the PMO lead to ensure all implementations are successful and all aspects of project are considered and planned.
Must have previous hands on experience with IT systems to ensure understanding as well as technical guidance. Significant experience of leading complex infrastructure projects in one or more of the following disciplines:
Data Centre Operations
Telecommunications Services
Infrastructure platforms technologies
Storage, Cloud & End User technologies
Information Security
Ensuring effective vendor engagement to ensure timely & quality delivery of services.
People Management- leading a team of diverse experience & expertise effectively.
Managing business expectations & maintain a healthy relationship with all stakeholders.
Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and all governance, risk and regulated frameworks are adhered to throughout the project life cycle.
Managing implementation of solutions including scope, resource, schedule and financials to ensure delivery of change within agreed time and budget.
Governance of projects, Identifying key resources and managing internal and external stakeholders to ensure project objectives are delivered.
Relevant experience in project management; project planning, financial management, estimation, and decision analysis skills.
Design and plan the initiation of the project, ensuring the scope is captured, documented and communicated to the team members and key stakeholders.
Design, plan, coordinate and lead the Technical Work Stream and assigned team to deliver according to success factors and set goals.
Good understanding of the financial sector - sound business acumen and judgment; ability to see and communicate technology challenges in business terms; ability to understand and deliver business value.
