1. Requirements:
a. Good skills in drawing up a production schedule & overseeing the production process
b. Ensure products are produced in time and are of best quality
c. Liaising with different departments, managers and suppliers
d. Supervising and motivating production team and workers.
e. Shall have an efficient and professional work force in hand
2. Qualification:
a. Graduate with good communication skills
b. Minimum 5 to 7 year ’ experience in a reputable organization
