  • The individual should have a can-do attitude with the ability and motivation to self-develop one for the current role and progression in career.
  • The individual should understand what good customer experience encompasses and how that can be delivered to each customer without fail.
  • The individual should be organized to help queue up inquiries and respond back to them professionally before requested time.
  • The individual will have to train themselves on a catalog of products available on our e-commerce page.
  • Training and development needs would be met by joining different session to understand the business and customer services.
  • No prior experience is required, as individuals would be given full training.
  • The individuals would be expected to have command on Urdu and English at an intermediate level.
  • Other admin task would include processing any orders manually if the system fails, keeping record of transactions, customer complaints, resolution of complaints and customer feedback.
  • The representative would be the face of the company on the OMNI Channel and would be expected to provide the management with feedback on improving the current operations.
