Job Summary:
Reporting to Group Head Retail Banking, responsible for driving sales & relationship management through branch channel by developing and implementing acquisition strategy, on-boarding and servicing of retail customers. Develop and implement sale plans and marketing initiatives to grow portfolio, gain market share & meet targets. Develop and execute footprint strategy and lead initiatives to optimize distribution channel. These initiatives will be measured by volumetric growth, sales productivity and network efficiency. Ensuring that business needs are well understood, articulated and delivered with consistency, the job requires maintaining seamless relationships with all key stakeholders so as to ensure smooth running of the business.. Key deliverables include business growth, people management, increasing productivity & efficiency and service delivery while ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies/directives of the Bank.
The position demands highly motivated, result-oriented and dynamic individuals with proven track record and leadership skills, well-versed with applicable banking laws & practices. The position carry attractive market-based remuneration.
Experience:
Minimum 12 years of Financial Industry Experience including minimum 3 years at senior managerial role in a similar function.

Graduate/Post Graduate (preferably MBA) from a HEC recognized University/ Foreign University.
