The Bank of Punjab is one of the leading banks of Pakistan with a large network of 624 online branches including Islamic Banking branches across Pakistan. BOP invites applications from high-caliber, seasoned professionals for the following positions in its Consumer & Digital Banking Group.
Responsible for product & channel P&L for all ADCs in the Bank including ATMs, Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, Chat Banking, WhatsApp solutions etc. Develop and execute strategies to drive maximum customer traffic onto digital channels. Explore initiatives to maximize revenue and while optimizing digital infrastructure and product’s costs. Ensure best in class Customer Experience, Customer Value Proposition and Service Quality of digital products and channels. Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies/ directives of the bank.
Minimum 10 Years telecommunications and/or Fintech experience Banking/Non-Banking.
General Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate/ Post Graduate (Preferably MBA/ MCS from an HEC recognized university/ foreign university.
Upto 55 years as of December 12, 2020
