In-depth understanding of construction procedures, materials and project management principles
Coordinating and following up with the Project team including Engineers, Consultants, Architect etc.
Assisting in all project related operations
Finding vendors, getting quotations & negotiating contracts & coordinating deliveries
Find sources for purchasing items locally, nationally & internationally
Purchase items and take care of the entire purchase to delivery cycle
Align project with business goals & project timeline
Reviewing drawings and following up for changes/modifications
Manage teams, achieve milestones
Visit site frequently to ensure timely execution & quality work
Coordinate field visits of construction representatives
Identifying and mitigating potential risks
Be the one point-of contact for all incoming and outgoing project information
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
