1. Support the development as well as maintenance of web portals plus sites tailored web tools
2. Assist in the development plus deployment of websites including designing web architecture code writing
3. Create new on-line web tools to satisfy needs and requirements of the company and the clients.
4. Resolve customer complaints as well as responds to suggestions for improvements enhancements
5. Responsible for development of user manuals documentation
6. Responsible for technical documentation necessary to deliver capability to customers

8. Alert the management of any roadblocks or issues in achieving company goals.
