Job Responsibilities include:
- Preparation of the training program including the development of lesson plans, lectures, notes/handouts, periodic tests, quiz, results, daily, weekly & monthly attendance, overall assessment and findings, reparation, coordination with parents, fee collection status, student retention and motivational initiatives, identification and marking of dropouts
- Execution of training effectively & efficiently without deviating the submitted plans and timelines with outstanding results of the students
- Coordinating with other staff members in the planning and execution of all internal activities like timetable development, monthly tests, admission tests, assessment and result announcement processes etc.
- Developing and sharing periodic academic/requested reports as and when needed
- Planning, scheduling and execution of internal and external skill enhancement trainings of technical & non-technical staff of THF
- Maintaining discipline, encouraging creativity, motivation, attitude building and grooming of class students' to optimize results
Competencies & Skills:
- MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point)
- Strong command of English (Written & Verbal)
- Communication Skills
- Punctuality and regularity
Qualification:
- Education: Bachelors or Maters degree in Business Administration, Education, English or equivalent field..
- Experience: 2 - 3 years of relevant experience

The Hunar Foundation
Registered in 2008 under the Societies Act 1860, Hunar Foundations took its first batch in January 2010 in premises supplied by Delhi Mercantile Society, Karachi in its DMS School facility. The students gave their City & Guilds exam at the end of the year and till 2019 14 batches had graduated with one year diplomas. Since then Hunar has added its Rashidabad (near Tando Allah Yar), Lahore (Bedian Road), Multan (Pak Arab Fertilizer) and Kharian campuses as well as a women’s institute in Karachi that started in 2015 and is in the process of relocation to a new modern upgraded facility. By end of 2019 two more institutes are added in Korangi (Karachi), one for women and one for men. Korangi campus is targeted to host a state of the art Teacher’s Training and Excellence Center. Hunar Foundation’s key objective is to provide school graduates and other young adults with international standard vocational training that meets the expectations of the market, leading to employment or small business creation – and eventually economic freedom and empowerment.
