Job Purpose:

To Troubleshoot and maintain I.T equipment (Computers, Network Switches, Biometric attendance machine) all over the institute.
To give subject knowledge to the students and familiarize them with basics of I.T (Windows, Hardware, Software, Email, Internet browsing)

Job Description:

Preparation of the training program including the development of lesson plans, Lectures, notes/handouts, periodic tests, quiz, results, daily, weekly & monthly attendance, overall assessment and findings, PTM preparation, coordination with parents, fee collection status, student retention and motivational initiatives, identification and marking of dropouts.
Execution of training effectively & efficiently without deviating the submitted plans and timelines with outstanding results of the students.
Coordinating with other staff members in the planning and execution of all internal activities like timetable development, monthly tests, admission tests, assessment and result announcement processes etc.
Developing and sharing periodic academic/requested reports as and when needed
Planning, scheduling and execution of internal and external skill enhancement trainings of technical & non-technical staff of THF
Providing assistance in the reports development and optimization in order to standardize policies & procedures
Provide assistance in the centralized data base management system
Maintaining discipline, encouraging creativity, motivation, attitude building and grooming of class students’ to optimize results
Managing the workshops/classroom and the institute clean and decorated with the help of staff, instructors and students.
Maintaining the tools, equipment and machinery of the workshop in working condition.
Prepare and share periodic reports regarding the inventory of the workshops
Comply with the instructions, rules & regulations, tasks assigned time to time.
To provide administrative and managerial support when assigned e.g. to manage necessary arrangements for the practical examination of City & Guilds and Trade Testing Board etc.
To prepare, submit and verify the list of consumables before commencement of the session
To assist the student in completing and submitting the registration/examination forms of Trade Testing Board, in time, along with prescribe fee of the board.
Coordinating with other staff members in the planning and execution of all internal activities like timetable development.

Registered in 2008 under the Societies Act 1860, Hunar Foundations took its first batch in January 2010 in premises supplied by Delhi Mercantile Society, Karachi in its DMS School facility. The students gave their City & Guilds exam at the end of the year and till 2019 14 batches had graduated with one year diplomas. Since then Hunar has added its Rashidabad (near Tando Allah Yar), Lahore (Bedian Road), Multan (Pak Arab Fertilizer) and Kharian campuses as well as a women’s institute in Karachi that started in 2015 and is in the process of relocation to a new modern upgraded facility. By end of 2019 two more institutes are added in Korangi (Karachi), one for women and one for men. Korangi campus is targeted to host a state of the art Teacher’s Training and Excellence Center. Hunar Foundation’s key objective is to provide school graduates and other young adults with international standard vocational training that meets the expectations of the market, leading to employment or small business creation – and eventually economic freedom and empowerment.
