Job Responsibilities:

Create accurate inventory replenishment reports for the Purchasing Department.
Analyze product performance, recommend changes to improve profitability, and develop financial plans based on current trends.
Create effective strategies to manage different product categories maintain the forecasting system, and manage data quality to create accurate demand figures - flagging any anomalies or discrepancies with data.
Actively participate in company meetings, suggesting better methods to handle current inventory and improve the use of company resources.
Analyze inventory levels, investigating any factors which will affect inbound availability. Monitor cycle counts to ensure the accuracy of inventory levels.
Reviewing performance on a quarterly basis with internal stakeholders to deliver and implement improvements.
Speak to suppliers day to day to place orders and follow up on pending orders
Manage all delivery bookings and ensure deliveries arrive in a timely manner

Requirements

1 to 2 years relevant experience or similar with having a relevant master's or bachelor's from a recognized institution.
Must have excellent excel skills and data analysis
Must have knowledge of Stock Planning through data and analytics.
Must have some accountancy background/knowledge
Must be able to manage the department by scaling the systems and processes
Must have the capabilities to identify stock losses and report losses by value.
