Mission: Achieves staffing objectives by identifying, evaluating and bringing on board suitable candidates to fill company's open positions in an efficient and time sensitive manner.
The candidate will evaluate the company's organizational structure and maintain a list of key positions for which hiring is required at frequent intervals.
The candidate will also maintain an updated database of potential candidates that match the company's key positions to ensure that hiring is done efficiently and quickly.
