You will be working for Off-Shore operations of a TOP Tier Canadian firm, providing Recruitment Services to its clients by sourcing, identifying, and recruiting IT professionals based in Canada.
Your job as a Recruitment Consultant will include attracting candidates by using a wide range of media and drafting advertising copy for use on social media /networks, recruiting, and through referrals. Once you have found suitable candidates, you will screen and interview candidates, conduct background checks, and match candidates to jobs. Naturally, with the role, it is a consultative job and you will advise both clients and candidates on salary levels, training requirements, and on job opportunities.
You will be given the tools to attract clients through a variety of different means, including marketing techniques, business development, account management, new business acquisition, and networking, which will allow you to build up an extension
You will also develop a good understanding of companies and their business, something which is key in order to build strong relationships with your clients.
Working Hours:
7 pm to 4 am (Monday to Thursday)
Work from Home (Friday)
Weekend/Days off (Saturday and Sunday)
Salary:
45-50K/month plus Commission for each Placement.
Duties:
As Recruitment Consultant of The MAQ HR International Ltd., your duties and responsibilities will include but not be limited to,
1: Sourcing/Identifying prospective candidates in Canada for assigned openings
2: Recruiting Candidates for prospective openings
3: Shortlisting candidates and making the introduction to the hiring manager
4: Qualifying candidates on the job requirements
5: Preparing/coaching candidates for interviews and sharing client information
6: Conducting interview de-briefs and closing them for potential offers
7: Extending offers to the selected candidates and helping them with the onboarding
