Bookkeeping including Account Payables, Account Receivables & Petty Cash
Payroll, including timesheets, leave records and reporting.
Bank Reconciliation
Tax preparation, filing, reporting and coordination with Tax Attorneys
Documentation and Record Keeping as per audit compliance
Other departmental responsibilities assigned from time to time.

Skills/Competencies;

Strong knowledge of QuickBooks is a must.
Sound knowledge of Sales Tax and Income Tax
Fluent written and spoken English
Professional telephone behavior and customer care.
Excellent time management skills.
Ability to handle workload.
Bachelor’s degree from HEC recognized university with 2 years of experience in a similar capacity.
