Product Research Officer

We are looking for an energetic “Product Research Officer” to carry out online research on products and to study technical specifications. The officer is to coordinate and negotiate with foreign business associates through email and phone.

Key Responsibilities:

Ability to work well with management and staff at all levels.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
Research and evaluate potential vendors and suppliers.
Should be Punctual and organized, also update database of suppliers, invoices, and quantity of products. Working with team members and Procurement Manager to complete duties as needed.
Negotiate appropriate contracts for pricing and supply.
Finding the best suppliers for assigned task.
Making professional decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
Track orders and ensure timely delivery
Review quality of purchased products.
Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses.
Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.
Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage.
Information transfer and follow-up from departments as per assigned task.
Ability to independently plan and manage work streams.
